Pat S. Bolin

Executive Chairman, CEO & Director

Founded Eagle in 1976.

Pat S. Bolin, executive chairman of Eagle Oil & Gas Co., co-founded the company in 1976 with his father, D. Phil Bolin, and business partner, Warren T. Ayres. He is also the company’s former president and chief executive officer. Before joining Eagle, Bolin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1973 with a B.A. in Psychology and worked at Mitchell Energy Co. as a landman. Bolin is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and is actively involved in all of the club’s activities and community outreaches. He is also an active member of the Dallas Wildcat Committee, where he has served as chairman, as well as other various leadership roles.

Darrell S. Lohoefer

With Eagle since 1981.

Darrell S. Lohoefer began working for Eagle Oil & Gas Co. in 1981 in its Wichita Falls offices and transferred to the Dallas offices in 2009. Today he currently serves the company as its chief executive officer. Lohoefer began his career in the oil industry while studying Petroleum Engineering at Texas Tech University, where he graduated with a BS in 1977. Prior to working at Eagle, Lohoefer was employed by the Texas Pacific Oil Company. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International for over 30 years.

Matt Bob

President

Founded Eagle in 1976.

Matthew Bob became president of Eagle Oil & Gas Co. in 2014. His career in energy began with him working as a geologist and has spanned over 30 years. In 1994 he founded MB Exploration LLC, which he ran up until joining Eagle. Bob graduated from St. Louis University with a BA in Geology in 1979 and received his MS in Geology from Memphis University in 1981. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists.

Warren T. Ayres

Executive Vice President, CFO & Director

Founded Eagle in 1976.

Warren T. Ayres, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Eagle Oil & Gas Co., co-founded Eagle in 1976 with D. Phil and Pat S. Bolin. Ayres is a 1971 graduate of Midwestern State University with a BBA in Accounting. Ayres lives in Wichita Falls where he manages the company’s accounting staff. Before co-founding Eagle with Phil and Pat Bolin, he worked at Bolin Oil Co., where Ayres began his career as an accountant. Ayres is an active member of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and numerous other community organizations where he has served in various leadership roles.

Stan Laukhuf

Stan Laukhuf

Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel & Director

Stan Laukhuf is vice president, secretary and general counsel for Eagle Oil & Gas Co. In 1973, Laukhuf graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance, where he continued his education and received his JD in December of 1975. Upon graduating law school, Laukhuf began his career in the energy industry by joining the General American Oil Company of Texas in its legal department. In 1981, Laukhuf began working with Eagle. Laukhuf has been an active member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association for over 35 years.

Bill Fairhurst

Bill Fairhurst

Vice President, Exploration

Bill Fairhurst has been Eagle Oil & Gas Co.’s vice president of exploration since 2009. He has worked for publicly traded and private oil companies in the field of exploration, reservoir and production engineering, land and A&D for 30+ years. Fairhurst received a BA in Geology and Business Management from Ohio Wesleyan in 1979, an MA in Geology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston in 1989. Fairhurst is a Licensed Professional Geologist in the state of Texas, Certified Petroleum Geologist, and member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Society of Petroleum Engineers as well as the Dallas and Houston Geological Societies.
